EUROPEAN ASH

Ash wood gives good workability and bending strength.

Its color varies from white-pinkish to green shades and it has no special difference between heartwood and sapwood. The growth rings are particularly accentuated. The “colored heart” is its typical feature, with grey shades to olive ones.
