From 8 to 10 October 2025, at InOut | The Hospitality Community in Rimini, visionary architect Simone Micheli presents one of the most iconic experiences of the year: THAT’s the POINT | luxury suite, an immersive manifesto on the evolution of contemporary hospitality.

900 square metres of creation, vision and future. At the centre of the exhibition: a 300-square-metre luxury suite, an exclusive lounge for networking and relaxation, a temporary bookstore featuring Micheli’s most iconic projects, and much more. A multisensory environment, designed as a true three-dimensional art installation: every detail communicates a new way of thinking about hospitality – more symbolic, more effective, more surprising.
