Sawmill, drying process, square edge and wood inspection take place in a 140.000 sq.m. area with a 29.000 sq.m. warehouse.

This company was founded with the following guidelines: Group General management, production and sales coordination, logistic administration. This new company profile was a key factor to empower the diversification strategy.
In 1998 was founded MAGYARPLAN KFT in Barcs, Hungary, In order to implement the production capacity. The production site is about 31.000 sq.m. organized in 3 different facilities: the first one functioning as sawmill, the second one used for square edge timber and panels production, the last one used as warehouse.
In 2000 was founded ISKRALEGNO with the specific purpose of facing an highly competitive market, , extremely specialized company for beech wood processing. Beech is a very versatile material, widely used in construction and furniture markets. Iskralegno was initially set in Trieste and after 10 years was moved to Monfalcone, where in a 39.000 sq.m. area is now developing the activities of drying, square edging and wood inspection, mainly focused on foreign markets.
In 1994 was founded ELDA DRVO; its main purpose is to provide raw material and manage the production procedures between the Croatian sawmills, granting the Group’s presence in the Country.
